Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery

UNYC Store offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders in Pakistan.

For COD orders, payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers are requested to provide a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number when placing an order.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are successfully placed and, where necessary, confirmed by our team.

We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the provided contact information or delivery address is incorrect or if the customer cannot be reached for confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

UNYC Store is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, or was unavailable to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
